by phone or via Facetime, Skype, Zoom or video conferencing of your choice. This is to gather information on your past exercise habits, any physical limitations you might have, and your goals. I will discuss the various training options, find out what would work best for your needs and answer any questions you might have.
Personal training session via Facetime, Skype, Zoom or video conferencing of your choice. These sessions are customizable based on goals but will consist of movement prep, core training and strength. If yoga is selected, the session will be a 1hr session of yoga of either Ashtanga Vinyasa or Yin Yoga.
Personal training session via Facetime, Skype, Zoom or video conferencing of your choice. This is the same as 1 hour but consolidated. Movement prep can be completed on own and focus on strength, improvement on certain types of exercises, or working on more sports specific movements and exercise.
Personal training at your home, gym (if gym permits outside trainers) or can be held at a local gym where I am a contractor. These sessions are customizable based on goals but will consist of movement prep, core training and strength training. If yoga is selected, the session will be a 1hr session of yoga of either Ashtanga Vinyasa or Yin Yoga.
Same as above but consolidated to 45 minutes.
Personal training session for two people held virtually or in person. This is same format as regular personal training but session is shared with another; e.g. friend, partner, family member.
Nutrition is extremely important and often overlooked in a balanced fitness program. No matter where you are in fitness journey whether beginner or an athlete it is extremely important to your success. These sessions are to focus exclusively on your nutrition and optimize and maximized your nutrition for your goals. These can be done virtual or in person.
These sessions are personalized workout videos that I create that you can follow and will be customized based on where you are in your fitness journey. They can be added as part of your 1 to 1 sessions or used as standalone. You will have access to them anytime and anywhere. In your 1 to 1 consultation we will discuss what training options work best for you and access to those videos will be provided. If you signed up for 3-6 month program the workouts will be progressed each month.
This option is if you want just a program to follow. This can be in addition to training or standalone. Whether you would like a workout in old fashioned paper format or if you would like a program to follow via an app. I can provide those to you on a monthly basis.
I am an evidential medium and this can be added in addition to personal training or as standalone reading to gather perspective and insight from the spiritual side of things. Loved ones often want to help us from the other side and this can be the greatest gift to help you on your path of wellness.
